Seniors of Lancashire is Best Fish and Chips in the UK

Seniors fish and chip shop in the Lancashire village of Thornton has bested the competition to win the Independent Takeaway Fish and Chip Shop of the Year 2012 awards, a fiercely-fought competition to find the best chip shop in the UK.

Organised by Seafish, the Independent Takeaway Fish and Chip Shop of the Year Award recognises the wealth of quality, value and choice offered by the nation’s independent fish and chip shops.

Kudos to Seniors for earning the title of Britain’s best chippy.
